Diana Smith Kinesiologist, The Heeler Centre, Hassocks

Diana Smith

My name is Diana Smith and I am a 3-in-1 concepts Kinesiologist, registered with I-ASK (The International Association of Specialized Kinesiology). I qualified as a practitioner in 2001 and have enjoyed supporting individuals’ wellbeing through clinics in Devon, Nottinghamshire and, now, East Sussex. Kinesiology has been centre stage in supporting my own well-being and personal development over the last 25 years, allowing me to adapt to both the environmental and biological changes that I have experienced. I continue to be astounded by the intelligence of the body to communicate the information needed for state of optimum health.

During my kinesiology clinics, clients achieve lasting wellness by addressing the root causes of their health issues – be that physical, biochemical or emotional. Through muscle testing and the 3-in-1 Concept of Kinesiology, each session focuses on uncovering and correcting imbalances to support holistic healing.

Kinesiology can help address a wide range of issues, including:

  • Food intolerances and nutrient deficiencies
  • Skin issues (eg eczema),
  • Digestive problems (eg bloating, irregular bowel movements and poor digestion)
  • Low energy, low mood, stress, and anxiety
  • Hormonal imbalances (eg PMS; reducing perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms)
  • Chronic fatigue, headaches and joint pain
  • Sleep issues
  • Weight management and detoxification

With personalised, non-invasive techniques, kinesiology helps clients restore balance and well-being, offering a natural approach to overcoming chronic issues and enhancing quality of life.

In kinesiology, muscle testing is typically performed using the arm muscles. The practitioner gently applies pressure to the client’s arm while they hold a specific position or substance. Clients remain fully dressed during the session, ensuring comfort and ease while the body’s response is assessed.
